30 Minutes in the Life | February 2015

February 23, 2015  •  6 Comments

This months photos come from my wonderful 30th birthday spent with my little family at the absolutely stunning setting of Culzean Castle (pronounced Cull -ain for my non-Scottish friends). I'm not a party person, I hate being the center of attention so this day was absolutely perfect for me. I was woken up with tea and croissants, we spent the daylight hours exploring the castle grounds came home for take-away and a movie. Being 30 isn't so bad after all. I finally feel content and that's an often underrated emotion.

So here are a few snapshots from our day, it was overcast and chilly but it was just right.

Please follow our blog circle at the next stop, the beautiful blog of my friend and a lady who inspires me with her talent Cindy Cavanagh | Image421 Photography.

Wow Sophie - I love all the images. What a beautiful way to spend your day. I love exploring castles and you have some beautiful castles in Scotland. My cousin took us to Balmoral Castle years ago. I loved my 30's, so enjoy. Time passes way too quickly, as I can attest to, so enjoy every minute. Love this months images.
